   or resale - in the greater Jacksonville area and surrounding counties.  

   I provide Seller Representation to real property owners who are 
   relocating, either nationally or locally.

EXPERIENCE

I am a real estate professional with more than twenty years experience in business, finance, accounting, and management, and eleven years experience in real estate brokerage.

I spent the last ten years of my prior corporate career in an executive position (Vice President of Finance) for a division of a large aerospace and defense company. 

I began my real estate career in 1998. I completed my real estate salesperson licensing education and joined a large Jacksonville real estate company. There I attended ''Success School'' and Relocation Training, and was a consistent multi-million dollar producer. In 1999, I completed my real estate broker licensing education and obtained my Florida real estate broker's license.

In July, 2001, I founded Murphy Realty Corp.!
